VERMICELLI CHICKEN RICE

VERMICELLI CHICKEN RICE

INGREDIENTS-
250 gm chicken pieces
100 gm roasted vermicelli
200 gm biriyani rice (soaked for 15 mnt)
2 tomato grind to smooth paste
4 cloves of garlic (chopped )
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp oil
1 1/2 tsp sugar
salt as required
600 ml water
METHOD
In a pressure cooker add 1 tsp oil then add chopped garlic saute till brown. then add tomato paste, chilly powder saute till thick add sugar and salt, then add chicken pieces cover the cooker, put weight and cook for 3 whistle. off the heat and remove lid add 600 ml water then add soaked rice mix well then add vermicelli, close the lid put the weight, cook for 1 whistle then simmer it, wait for 5 mnt or for 2nd whistle, then off the heat, remove once the pressure release totally.
