POTATO DRUMSTICK LEAVES MASALA
INGREDIENT-
500 GM POTATO SLICED
5 SHALLOT SLICED
1/2 INC GINGER SLICED
3 GLOVE GARLIC
1 TOMATO SLICED
1 TSP CHILLY POWDER
1/4 TSP TURMERIC
1 CUP DRUMSTICK LEAVES
1 TSP OIL
Method-
Add oil saute onion till transparent add garlic, ginger till little brown add tomato sliced then add spices then add potato and water cook till done remove lid then add drumstick leaves mix well cover the lid, open the lid after 5 mt without cooking. Then serve hot.
