Puri & potato masala.
For puri
2 cups whole wheat flour.
2 tbs rawa / semolina.
1/2 tsp sugar.
3/4 tsp salt.
HOT Water for kneading.
Method-
Knead to a soft dough as making chapatti. Make small ball and roll out into discs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown both side.
For potato masala-
500 gm potato diced.
1 onion slice.
1 tsp garlic paste / chopped
1 tsp ginger paste / chopped.
1 tomato sliced.
1 tsp mustard.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
1/4 tsp red chili powder.
Curry leaves or coriander leaves.
Method-
Add oil saute mustard, add onion saute till transparent add garlic. ginger add others add potato and water little water cook till done.
Curry leaves.
