PINEAPPLE FOLDABLE CAKE

INGREDIENTS-
2 eggs
2 TBS Pineapple syrup / pineapple concentrate
4 TBS leveled flour + 1/3 TSP baking powder ( Sift together )
6 TBS leveled powder sugar
2 TBS OIL
add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (opt)

METHOD
Beat egg and sugar till thick, fold in flour mixture alternatively add oil and pineapple syrup / pineapple concentrate, pour into 22 cm round tin bake at 180 dc till done, remove from tin, cool and fold and cut round slice
