MAGIC COFFEE CARAMEL CUSTARD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
1 EGG
3 SLICE BREAD
3 TBS SUGAR
200 ML MILK
1 TSP INSTANT COFFEE POWDER
FOR CARAMEL=
2 TBSP SUGAR + 1 TBSP WATER
METHOD
IN A SAUCE PAN CARAMELIZE THE SUGAR , THEN DILUTE WITH WATER . TURN OF THE HEAT, POUR TO THE MOLD, SPRINKLE A PINCH OF COFFEE POWDER. THEN SET ASIDE, SOAK BREAD IN MILK FOR 5 MINUTE, THEN BLEND SUGAR, EGGS AND COFFEE POWDER TILL MIXED THEN ADD SOAKED BREAD, MILK , AND BLEND AGAIN TILL SMOOTH, POUR TO THE MOLD AND STEAM TILL COOKED, THEN COOL IT , CUT AND SERVE .
