MIRINDA MILK PUDDING


1 MIRINDA PUDDING

5 GM CHINA GRASS
200 ML WATER
300 ML MIRINDA (ROOM TEMPERATURE)
80 GM SUGAR

METHOD:
BOIL CHINA GRASS WITH WATER TILL DISSOLVE AND ADD SUGAR AND BRING TO COOL, ADD MIRINDA , SET IN FRIDGE, AFTER JELLY IS SET CUT THE JELLY INTO CUBE

2 MILK PUDDING

5 GM AGAR AGAR (china grass)
200 ML WATER
300 ML MILK
80 GM SUGAR

METHOD:
BOIL CHINA GRASS WITH WATER TILL DISSOLVE AND ADD SUGAR AND BRING TO COOL, REMOVE FROM FIRE, ADD MILK, COOL IT WHEN ABOUT TO SET ADD THE CUBED MIRINDA JELLY TO THE MILK PUDDING, SET IN FRIDGE
