TENDER MANGO CHUTNEY


TENDER MANGO CHUTNEY FOR ( RICE , CHAPPATHI , DOSA )


INGREDIENTS
2 SLIGHTLY RIPEN OR TENDER MANGO ( MUVANDAN ) (GRIND TO PASTE)
1 TBSP SUGAR 
1 TSP VINEGAR
1 TSP GRATED / SLICE GINGER
1 TSP GRATED / SLICE GARLIC
1 DRIED RED CHILLY
1 TSP OIL
SALT

METHOD
ADD IN 1 TSP OIL SAUTE GINGER, GARLIC ADD RED CHILLY ADD THE RIPEN MANGO PASTE THEN ADD SUGAR , SALT MIX , REMOVE FROM FIRE THEN ADD VINEGAR MIX THEN SERVE
