Appam And Egg Sausage Roast

INGREDIENTS-
For Appam - 
Raw rice - 1 1/2 cups ) soak in water for 4-5 hours
Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
Cooked rice - 2 tbs (optional)
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
1 tbs yeast
3/4 cup coconut water + water as needed
Method-
Drain the rice and grind it along with grated coconut, coconut water, cooked rice to form a smooth batter. then add yeast, Rest it for overnight, after it fermented prepare the appam.
For Egg sausage roast
4 egg
4 onion slice
2 tomato paste
1 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1.2 tsp aniseed powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger grated
1 tsp mustard seed
curry leaves
1 tsp oil
Method-
Add oil in a cooker crack mustard, add onion and ginger curry leaves cook till one whistle. then remove cover, add tomato paste saute till little time, then add all spice cook little time, remove from fire then cool it, once cool grind to paste then add boiled egg. I use ROLLIE EGG MASTER TO MAKE EGG SAUSAGE.
