SAGO PUDDING
Sago / Sabudana / Sabun Ari Pudding
Ingredient-
1/2 cup sago (soak in water for 1/ 2 hour)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
food coloring (pink,green,yellow)

method-
Dissolve sugar in water add soaked sago , mix well add color . grease the bowl with coconut or any oil pour the mixture to it , steam it until set and cooked well.l

for syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
sugar to taste
pinch of salt
mix all and keep in freezer till cream forms at top pour on top of the pudding.
