Net Dosa ( Roti Jala ) a Malaysian dosa
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 CUP FLOUR
1 EGG
1 CUP OR MORE WATER
1 TSP OIL
1 TSP SALT
PINCH OF TURMERIC
1 EGG
1 CUP OR MORE WATER
1 TSP OIL
1 TSP SALT

METHOD
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TO FORM A SMOOTH BATTER. THE BATTER SHOULD NOT BE THICK OR THIN ADJUST WITH WATER OR FLOUR, POUR THE BATTER INTO A SAUCE BOTTLE OR ANY OTHER BOTTLE WITH A HOLE. THEN SPREAD SOME OIL ON NON STICK PAN, SQUEEZES THE BATTER TO THE NON STICK PAN LIKE NET SHAPED , WHEN IT TURNS SLIGHTLY BROWN FLIP IT OVER TIL COOKED , THEN PLACE TO A PLATE SERVE WITH ANY CURRY
