STRAWBERRY MILK PUDDING

1 MILK PUDDING
5 GM AGAR AGAR (china grass)
200 ML WATER
300 ML MILK
80 GM SUGAR
METHOD:
BOIL AGAR AGAR WITH WATER AND SUGAR TILL DISSOLVE AND BRING TO COOL, ADD MILK , SET IN FRIDGE, AFTER THIS SET CUT THE JELLY INTO CUBE
2 STRAWBERRY PUDDING
5 GM AGAR AGAR (china grass)
300 ML WATER
200 ML STRAWBERRY PUREE ( GRIND. 3 PIECE STRAWBERRY WITH 200 ML WATER )
100 GM SUGAR
METHOD:
BOIL china grass WITH WATER AND SUGAR TILL DISSOLVE AND REMOVE FROM FIRE , ADD STRAWBERRY PUREE, COOL IT WHEN ABOUT TO SET ADD THE CUBED JELLY TO THE PUDDING, SET IN FRIDGE
