PUMPKIN PUDDING

PUMPKIN PUDDING 

5 GM AGAR AGAR (china grass)
200 ML WATER
300 ML COCONUT MILK
200 GM COOKED PUMPKIN PASTE
80 GM SUGAR
A PINCH SALT

METHOD:
BOIL AGAR AGAR WITH WATER AND SUGAR TILL DISSOLVE AND BRING TO COOL, ADD COCONUT MILK AND COOKED PUMPKIN PASTE MIX WELL, SET IN FRIDGE.
