Fenugreek Leaves and Dal curry 


Ingredient-

1 cup dal
1 cup Fenugreek Leaves
1 big tomato grind to paste
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
200 gm potato diced
curry leaves
1 tbs coriander leaves and1 tbs coriander stalk
1 tsp oil

Method-
Add oil in pressure cooker crack the mustard seed, the add cumin, then add spice powder, then add tomato paste, then add water dal potato salt and coriander stalk cover the cooker and cook for three whistle. remove dal from cooker and add Fenugreek Leaves cook for one whistle, remove from heat and decorate with coriander leaves.
