Banana Toffee Mousse


Ingredient.
3 small banana ( grind with 1/4 cup sugar untill smooth paste )
2 tbsp sugar.
50 ml milk.
I tbsp gelatin (soaked in 50 ml cold milk)
1 egg white + 1/4 cup icing sugar (whisk till stiff peak form )
1/4 cup whipped cream / vanilla ice cream
1/4 tsp vanilla essence.
Method
In a sauce pan Caramelize sugar till brown reduce heat. then add the milk stir till caramel dissolve then add soaked gelatin mixture stir until dissolved completely. Then add banana paste mix well.Remove from heat then cool it then once cooled fold in egg white and cream . pour to greased mould set in freezer until set , demould serve it with toffee sauce / chocolate sauce .
