BAKED VERMICELLI CAKE

INGREDIENTS -
225 GM VERMICELLI
1 TBSP GHEE
2 TBSP PEANUT/ CASHEW / PISTACHIO
1OO GM SUGAR
3 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA / CARDAMOM / CINNAMON
METHOD -
SOAK THE VERMICELLI IN HOT WATER TILL SOFT AND DRAIN IT.
IN A SAUCE PAN ADD GHEE THEN SAUTE ANY NUTS WHICH YOU LIKE AND THEN ADD SUGAR ADD VERMICELLI .IN A ANOTHER BOWL WHISK EGGS AND VANILLA , THEN ADD VERMICELLI MIXTURE TO EGG MIXTURE THEN BAKE FOR 180 DG FOR 35 MINUTES , CUT TO DESIRED PIECES .
