BAKED CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE

BAKED CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE


Ingredients-

50 g unsalted butter / or milk
100 g digestive biscuits, crushed

360 g cheese cream / ( boil milk and make cheese out of that )
100 g caster sugar
150 ml thick yogurt
3 medium eggs, beaten
25 g plain flour
25 g cocoa powder
100 g dark chocolate, melted

Method-

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 3, 170 °C. Melt the butter and mix in the crushed biscuits, press into a greased, loose based cake tin 20 cm in diameter.

Beat together the cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the thick yogurt , eggs, sieved flour and cocoa and melted chocolate, mixing well,

Pour on top of the biscuit base and cook for 45 minutes until firm to the touch. Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake to cool in the oven for an hour. Chill until ready to serve.

Note-

Make your own cheese cream

1 liter milk
1 Juice of lemon
1 tbs thick yogurt

Heat milk bring to boil, add juice of lemon, once it curdle remove the curd and blend with yogurt.
