ORANGE VELVET CAKE


ORANGE VELVET CAKE 


INGREDIENTS 

280 gm plain flour + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder + 1/4 tsp salt combine all
110 gm dalda / butter
250 gm caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
225 ml milk + 2 tsp lemon juice ( mix together and keep for 5 minute )
1 tsp orange food color
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda + 1 tsp vinegar ( mix both when batter ready )

METHOD

Beat egg and sugar till creamy add egg one by one then add flour mix the fold in milk mixture the add color lastly add vinegar mixture fold again then pour to the cake tin, bake till done, cut the cake to 2 piece and decorate with cream.
