Orange Upside Down Cake
Ingredient-
For caramel :
50gm sugar + 50 ml water
Orange cut to round shape,

For cake :
2 egg
50gm sugar
50 gm flour,
11/2 tbs oil,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
Cover the cake tin with butter paper, Slice Orange and arrange in cake tin this Way. make caramel with sugar then add water to dilute the caramel, pour over the pears, Beat egg and sugar till thick fold in flour, then pour over to the Orange, bake the cake till done, Pull the paper out and peel the paper once it cool.
