Orange Pudding

Orange Pudding



Ingredient:
5 gm agar agar.
4 tbs sugar.
150 ml water.
200 ml milk.
1 tbs corn flour. Mix with 2 tbs water
50 ml orange puree with juice ( orange segment deseeded and grind )

Method:
Cook agar agar with water till dissolved add sugar add milk and boil it then add corn flour mix mix till thick, remove from fire. Pour to mould, when the agar agar mixture is about to set add orange puree and juice, mix trough, set in fridge.
