BEET ROOT HALWA
Ingredient:
250gm beetroot Grated
250ml milk
50 gm sugar
a pinch salt
1 tbs gee + 1 tbs oil
1 tbs cornflour mix + 2 tbs water
raisins and cashews
Method:
Boil beetroot in milk add sugar and salt, cook till soft and chewy, when about to dry add raisins and cashews now add cornflour mixture cook till dry.
