Beetroot Noodles

Beetroot Noodles ( same as Japaneses Ramen Noodles )

 ingredients

1 cup flour
1/4 cup beetroot fine paste (grated and grind with water to paste)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oil
add water if need
Method:
Mix all above ingredient and knead to hard dough, then make thin sheet, and cut to small strip, and boil, remove once it floating. the wash in tap water,
For The Sauce:
Onion
ginger
garlic
soya sauce
black pepper
chicken cube or chicken stock
Method:
saute Onion ginger garlic in oil add chicken cube or chicken stock then add soya sauce and black pepper then add Noodles
