Banana Toffee Pie

Ingredient:

For Base-

Any Biscuit crushed

Little milk

Mix crushed biscuits with little milk to make pie crust, and press to pie tray, and bake it till set.

For Topping-

2 Banana Slice

150 ml Milk

2 tbs Corn flour + 2 tbs water

2 tbs sugar

Blend Banana, Milk and sugar till smooth

For caramel -

2 tbs Sugar

4 tbs water

Heat sugar till golden color add water and dilute till became liquid, now add the banana mixture, mix well, mix corn flour mixture to thicken. remove from fire.

Pour the toffee mixture to the pie crust and bake till done
