APPLE CAKE
Ingredient:Apple 300 gm slice + 100 gm slice for topping
2 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbs oil
1/3 cup milk
A pinch salt.
1/4 tsp cinamon powder (opt)
lemon zest
Method:
Beat egg and sugar till creamy add flour along with milk and oil, add 300 gm slice apple to the batter, then pour the batter to baking tin, then decorate with 100 gm slice apple on top of the batter and sprinkle with sugar on top, bake for 25 to 40 minute
