Black Forest Cake
Ingredient:
For Cake.
4 egg
80 gm flour
100 gm sugar
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch salt
2 tbs oil
Beat egg with sugar till thick, fold in flour and oil, bake 180d till done.
For Syrup.
Grape/apple/pears/pineapple boil with sugar adding little water, and remove.
cut the cake to 2 slice, pour the syrup and arrange the fruit on center and top of the cake.
For Icing,
50 gm butter
100 gm icing sugar
Vanilla Essene
Cream butter and sugar till soft and vanilla Essene, spread the cream on center and top o the cake, decorate with cherry
